A tragic incident took place in Gollarhatti, where a child fell ill and died because the family kept the cow out of the town saying that Sutak is not for God.

A child of Siddesh and Vasantha died due to extreme cold in Mallenahalli Gollarhatti near Tumkur. The child was admitted to Tumkur District Hospital due to increased cold.

The cow, which was being treated in the ICU of the district hospital, died on June 26. The family had kept the child out of the village, saying that it was not suitable for their god. Despite the rain and wind, mother and child lived in a small hut outside the town. It is said that the child was sick due to this. The child of Siddesh and Vasantha of the village has died.

Siddesh's wife Vasant gave birth to twins last month on 22nd. Vasantha gave birth at Tumkur district hospital. While one child died, the other survived.
